LSAB Electrical Services Ltd are part of a number of well-established contractor schemes, which focus on helping and maintaining high standards of services. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, we are willing to go across the UK for larger commercial and industrial projects.

NICEIC approved contractor

Our approved contractor scheme can be used for any electrical installation business. The scheme is for electrical contractors who undertake the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of all electrical installations to BS7671.

This scheme covers:
  • Electricians working on commercial and industrial installations
  • Electricians working on domestic installations
  • Electrical installation condition reporting (testing, inspection, PIRs).
  • Security systems installers
  • Any other activity covered by BS7671 regulations

Annually an NICEIC inspector visits our office to evaluate all work carried out throughout the year. This is done to ensure that our work is meeting the standards expected.

CHAS

CHAS stands for the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. CHAS is a health and safety accreditation scheme used in the construction industry and often acts as a type of pre-qualification during the tender process. 

Some buyers require CHAS to be gained before they will allow you to tender. This is seen more often in cases of public procurement such, as for councils, schools and other public sector bodies.

The purpose of CHAS is to help both buyers and suppliers in the assessment of health and safety competence. It helps buyers by reducing the lengthy process of assessing contractors' health and safety standards individually.
